Geriatric Care Company finds ACT does not act the way they want it

The Problem…
The president of a geriatric care company wanted a system to
manage leads, customers and basically the whole business. ACT
was the software they used. The fees to customize the software
were getting higher and higher, but the software still was not doing
what was needed to run the business.
The Solution…
We utilized the budget that was supposed to be used to customize
ACT and built a system that managed customers, tracked leads, sent
out notifications about new leads to the correct sales people
directly to their phone or PDA and made everything available via a
simple website.
- Sales people didn’t have to run back to or call the office to
get information
- Customers were sent invoices to a fax or email right from the
system
- The system was developed using terminology that made sense to
their specific business
