Is your webportal available in languages other than English?
Yes. Projects is available in the following 12 languages also - Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish & Swedish. More languages will get added in future.

Is it possible to archive my projects. If yes, am
I charged for them?
Yes, you can archive your projects. Click on the 'Edit project details' pencil icon next to the project name that needs to be archived.

Change the Project Status from Active to Archive and click on the Update button.

The project will now get moved under the Archived Projects heading in the left panel.
Only the actively managed live projects (archived) are charged for.

I need to transfer my Administrator role to someone else. How do I do this?
Please write to support@egressmedia.com.
You must provided your name, email address, and project details along
with information about the person you want to assign the administrator
role to.

Can I print my project details?
Yes, you can. Use your browser's Print function to print any Projects page

I want to pay for a year. How can this be done?
Send your request to support@egressmedia.com. A unique payment URL will be sent. This URL will contain a form where you can fill the payment details and do the purchase. Your Projects account will get activated soon.
